Industrial Sites

The Port of Othello has three industrial sites available for sale or lease at the Bruce Industrial Complex located 4 miles east of Othello, Washington

• 28 acre level site with infrastructure installed. Located on an all weather road with a 1300' rail spur suitable for a manufacturing facility.
• 11 acre level site with infrastructure installed suitable for storage or fresh product packaging facility. It's available for other uses, as well. (view platt map)
• 42 acre undeveloped site located at the intersection of Booker and Cunningham Roads (not pictured). All utilities are available and rail access can be developed.

The sites are currently zone for light industrial or manufacturing and are served by the Bruce Water System providing both domesting water and fire protection. Occupants have a choice of two power providers. Natural gas is available. The rail spur is serviced by the Columbia Basin Rail Road connecting the Burlington Northern Santa Fe line at Connell, Washington.

Other businesses in the area include onion and potato storage and packing facilities, seed companies and fertlizer and chemical dealers. The sites are directly connected to the Simplot and McCain Foods processing plants and the Columbia Colstor plant in Othello by way of Lee Road.
